About

Software for the hour between a brief and a yes

MerchMaker is built for promotional product distributors. You pick products from real supplier listings, put a client's logo on the supplier's own photography, and send one link the client can react to, comment on and buy from. That is the whole scope, and the pages on this site try hard to say where it ends.

Where we are

Early, and invitation-only on purpose

There is no sign-up form on this site. We onboard distributors one at a time because setting up a catalog is a real piece of work: your suppliers, your decoration methods, your imprint locations. Doing that badly at scale would produce a lot of confident mockups of products nobody can actually order.

It also means we can be specific with you. A demo runs against a product you sell and a logo you have, rather than a canned dataset, and you get to judge the output on that.

How we build it

  • The product photo, not a template

A logo floated onto a generic blank tells a client nothing about how their mark sits on a curved bottle or a dark fleece. Every render starts from the supplier's own photograph of the product you picked.

  • A person approves what a client sees

Imprint locations are reviewed and approved before they are reused, and every generated image is accepted or rejected by someone before it can reach a published collection.

  • The minimum is the supplier's, and we say it out loud

Minimum quantities come from the listing and the cart refuses a line that is under one before payment. A tool that takes the money first and has the conversation afterwards has not helped anybody.

  • We stop where our knowledge stops

MerchMaker does not raise supplier purchase orders, brief your decorator, ship goods or promise a delivery date. Those are your relationships, and a tool that pretends otherwise breaks them quietly.

Your clients' artwork

Used to make your mockups, and for that

You upload a client's logo so MerchMaker can put it on their products. Your clients keep the rights to their own marks, nothing is shared with other distributors, and we are not in the business of selling anything about it on. The privacy policy is the authoritative version of that.

Come and look at it.

Bring one product you sell and one logo you have. Half an hour is enough to tell whether this is useful to you.
