Pricing
Pilot pricing, and one number
MerchMaker is invitation-only while we onboard distributors one at a time, so there is nothing to sign up for and no plan grid to decode. There is one price, and a call where we size the pilot with you.
Pilot pricing
$200 per seat per month
invoiced, not charged to a card. Book a call and we will size the pilot with you.
What a seat gets you
Everything below is shipping today. Where a step still needs a person — approving an imprint location, accepting a render, authorising anything that spends money — that is by design, and the app says so at the time.
- The catalog, with each listing's colorways, sizes, SKUs and minimum quantity
- Decorated renders on the supplier's own product photography, per colorway
- Imprint placement review, so an approved location is reused from then on
- Published collections: one share link, buyer reactions and comments
- Guest checkout through Stripe, in US dollars, to US shipping addresses
- Order planning against the supplier listings the collection was built from
Questions
What counts as a seat?
Anyone on your team who signs in. The clients you send a collection link to need no account at all, so they never count as a seat.
Can I try it before committing?
Access starts with a demo rather than a sign-up form: MerchMaker is invitation-only while we onboard distributors one at a time. There is no self-serve trial to start.
How is it billed?
Pilot pricing is invoiced. Book a call and we will size the pilot with you.
What are the pilot terms?
We agree them on the call, because the length and the seat count depend on how much catalog you want set up. We would rather write that down together than publish terms that fit nobody.
Does the price include the goods?
No. This is the price of the software. Products, decoration and shipping are bought through your own supplier and decorator relationships — MerchMaker plans the order and hands it to you.
Are there extra charges for renders?
Not as a separate line on your bill. Generating images does cost money, so an account carries a monthly spend cap: work beyond it is refused rather than run and billed to you afterwards.
The call is the demo.
We will set up a product you actually sell, with a logo you actually have, and you can decide from that.
